Job summary

Caliber Collision in Oklahoma City has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator to prepare estimates, conduct process reviews, check-in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork prior to delivery, while following Caliber safety rules and company standards.

The role requires 2+ years of estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, with CCC1 or similar software proficiency. We offer day-one benefits and I-CAR training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in collision estimating and computer-based estimating tools.
• Ability to read repair procedures and communicate status clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for vehicles and document the repair plan.
• Conduct process reviews and verify customer vehicle intake.
• Prepare final paperwork and invoices prior to delivery.
• Coordinate total loss administration and post-repair communications.
• Maintain safety and company standards throughout the workflow.

Job description

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to: Writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration and providing post repair plan communication including all vehicle status updates to customers while complying with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
• Must have prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
• You have an advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
• Be able to understand instructions - written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
