Gerber Collision & Glass in Mustang, OK is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating precise repair estimates and coordinating vehicle repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the process to ensure satisfaction and alignment with repair plans.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to look up information.
• Willing to complete I-CAR training and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details and update records.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management and attend safety/health meetings.
• Maintain store KPIs by optimizing role performance and supporting team members.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
