Job summary

Classic Collision's Medford Repair Center is seeking an experienced estimator to drive the repair process from intake to delivery. You will prepare estimates, coordinate with insurers, and guide customers through the repair experience.

This role offers weekly commissions, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and strong earning potential based on experience. Candidates should have CCC1 familiarity; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Familiar with estimating processes; CCC1 experience preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary contact for the customer from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimates for customers and insurers per Classic Collision guidelines.
• Coordinates with insurance partners to manage claims for a smooth experience.
• Maintains communication with customers with repair updates.
• Works with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Performs quality inspection before vehicle hand-off.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Controls with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills
• Successful completion of background check required.
