Job summary

Crash Champions in Marysville, WA is seeking a customer‑facing estimator support role. You will educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and customer rights while writing and finalizing estimates and guiding the repair through to completion.

Ideal candidates excel in customer service, organization, and coordination with body technicians; familiarity with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and ability to explain repair processes and insurance procedures.
• Strong organization, multitasking, time management, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with estimating systems (CCC One preferred; Mitchell & Audatex may be used).
• Knowledge of insurance partners and handling of repair data and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety and value.
• Create initial estimates, then complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair and uphold Crash Champions quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post‑scanning activities.
• Pre-close final repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork and carrier requirements.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the process of vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards by performing in‑process QC.
• Keep every customer fully informed and updated on the status of their vehicle and provide the best possible experience for our customers.
• Able to pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post‑scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
• Pre‑close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions in the file and ensure carrier‑specific requirements are complete.

Compensation ranges listed are inclusive of monthly sales incentive bonuses. The compensation range listed is the average range for a typical full‑time employee in this position.
