Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to serve as the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery, building accurate estimates in line with manufacturer guidelines.

The estimator will work with insurance partners, coordinate with technicians, and ensure clear communication and high customer satisfaction throughout the repair process, while pursuing career advancement within Classic Collision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage customer claims and ensure best experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.

• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
