Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator for our Allegiant Stadium location in Las Vegas, NV. You will manage the customer relationship from drop‑off to delivery, prepare estimates, and coordinate with insurance partners to ensure a smooth claim process.

The ideal candidate is 18+, holds a valid driver's license, familiar with CCC1 estimating system, and may have I-CAR/ASE certification. Join a team committed to integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop‑off through the delivery of the completed vehicle
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners accoding to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience
• Maintains communication with customers providing updateon repair process
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer
• Perform other related duties as assigned
