Job summary

Crash Champions in Fullerton, CA is seeking a detail-oriented professional to educate customers about repairs, insurance procedures, and timelines and to guide them through the process.

You will prepare estimates, manage repairs, provide updates to customers, and coordinate with Body Technicians, reviewing data procedures and completing post-scanning steps to ensure smooth workflows and carrier compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong organization, multitasking and time management in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with insurance partners or knowledge of insurance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Completes initial estimates, writes complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and locks final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards by performing in-process QC.
• Keep every customer informed and updated on vehicle status and provide excellent service.
• Able to pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions, and ensure carrier requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the process of vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Completes initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred

• Knowledge of multiple estimating systems, CCC one preferred, Mitchell & Audatex
