Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Estero, FL is seeking an Estimator to deliver an outstanding customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and preparing detailed repairs estimates. You will coordinate with customers, insurers, and the in-house team to ensure timelines are met and KPIs are achieved.

The role requires CCC1 estimating system experience, I-CAR training, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 year of estimating experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year estimating experience.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and keep them updated on repairs.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team as required.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
