Classic Collision in Cleveland, TN is hiring a collision estimator to be the primary contact for customers from drop-off through delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners, coordinate with insurers to manage claims, and communicate progress to customers and technicians to ensure timely, quality repairs.

Qualifications include 18+, valid driver's license, clear written and verbal communication, familiarity with CCC1 estimating, and preferred I-CAR/ASE certification.

• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.

• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.

Responsibilities

• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills
• Successful completion of background check required.
