Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a customer-focused team member to document all customer interactions, guide them through the repair process, and ensure compliance with insurance requirements. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding service and coordinating with the management team to keep operations smooth and compliant.

You will participate in daily production walks, support colleagues, and engage in ongoing training to stay current with processes and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and deliver excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, communication and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management as required.
• Support team members when required.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings if required.
• Attend training and workshops recommended by Store Manager

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details
• Provide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
• Ensure compliance with all WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members
• Provides positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
• Understanding of all required Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team, as required
• Support all team members when required
• Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meeting (if required)

Compensation Details

Estimated $50,000 - $100,000+ / Yearly Commissions for this position are calculated based on location and revenue metrics, sales and individual performance, subject to the terms of the plan. Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
