Job summary

Caliber Collision in Hampton, VA seeks an experienced Disassemble & Reassemble Technician (DRT) to disassemble and reassemble vehicles to OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment. This role focuses on bumper repair duties and requires careful, safe work in a fast-paced collision shop.

You will be paid hourly at $18–$22, with overtime opportunities and weekly pay. Benefits start from day one, including medical, dental and vision coverage, plus paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience tearing down and reassembling vehicles.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles per OEM standards.
• Perform bumper repair duties using state-of-the-art equipment.
• Prioritize safety and efficiency to maintain profitability.
