Job summary

Elm Grove Collision Center, Inc. is seeking a Quality Support Technician to detail and clean repaired vehicles prior to delivery. You will inspect surfaces for flaws and coordinate with the shop team to ensure readiness.

Responsibilities include maintaining the shop and grounds, ensuring safety, organizing tools, and assisting with basic repairs like changing light bulbs. Strong communication and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.
• Experience in automotive industry preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication and mechanical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to be flexible with task assignments.
• Ability to work independently but also as part of a larger team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough detailing and cleaning prior to final delivery.
• Visually inspect vehicles for flaws and report defects.
• Assist in general maintenance of shop location and grounds.
• Inspect goods or products according to quality and safety standards.
• Ensure test equipment is calibrated and working.
• Maintain safety and proper disposal of hazardous waste.
