Job summary

Leesburg Collision Center is seeking a full-time Body Shop Technician in Leesburg, VA. You will repair damaged vehicle bodies following factory specs and work with a team to ensure high-quality results.

Benefits include a 5-day work week, paid time off, health/dental/life insurance, and paid training. A sign-on bonus is available based on experience and speed in completing repairs.

Qualifications

• Must have own tools.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Must have prior automotive body shop technician experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• I-CAR certification is not required but is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete all the work specified on the repair order.
• Identify and report any repairs needed to management, who will contact the customer or insurance company for approval. Once authorized, complete all required repairs.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools.

Jerry'sCollision is a top Northern Virginia collision center and requires a full-time Body Shop Technician. We are a productive customer-focused automotive body shop. We are a busy repair center, supplying repair services to many DRP Insurance companies.

As a Body Shop Technician, you will be responsible for repairing damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles following factory specifications.

Benefits:

• Our Body Shop Technicians'pay range is from $20 - $24 flat rate with annual compensation of $80,000 - $120,000 based on your experience leveland ability tocomplete repair orders quickly and accurately

Responsibilities
