Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Service Technician in Rock Hill, SC to install, maintain, and repair collision center equipment. You will ensure equipment operates at peak performance, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, the ability to read manuals and schematics, and willingness to travel to customer locations. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing collision centers or automotive equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple service calls.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair collision center equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibrations for optimal performance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and provide solutions.
• Train customers on equipment operation and usage.
• Document service visits, repairs and maintenance activities accurately.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies for service operations.
• Follow safety guidelines and comply with industry regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to Client’s clients.
