Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Collision Body Technician to repair vehicles per dealer and factory standards. You will collaborate with estimators, parts staff, and customers to ensure timely, high‑quality results.

We value a valid driver’s license, two years of automotive experience, and a passion for cars and customer service. ICAR/OEM certifications are preferred, with opportunities for growth across the AutoNation network.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Demonstrate a passion for cars and delivering excellent customer service.
• Have at least two years of automotive experience or equivalent.
• Ability to operate vehicles and use standard automotive tools.
• Wamiliarity with safety standards and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs as outlined on repair orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate with Estimators and Parts staff to obtain required components.
• Assess vehicle condition and identify additional safety or repair needs.
• Conduct all body repairs per estimates and factory standards.
• Perform welding, soldering, and frame/unibody repairs as needed.
• Operate Collision Center equipment safely and follow PPE guidelines.
• Inspect work for quality before handover to customers.
