Job summary

Ciocca Collision of Hanover is seeking an energetic collision technician to join a growing team. The role involves identifying parts, performing repairs across metal, fiberglass, and structural components, and inspecting for additional repairs.

A valid driver's license and relevant experience are preferred. We offer hourly pay, full-time schedule (Mon–Fri), PTO/holidays, 401(k) with company matching, comprehensive insurance, advancement opportunities, and employee discounts within the Ciocca

Qualifications

• Welding, suspension, or framing experience preferred or willing to learn/train.
• ASE Certifications in Damage Analysis and Estimating, Mechanical and Electrical Components, Non-Structural Analysis and Damage Repair and State Vehicle Inspector (preferred).
• Certifications listed above or equivalent experience and eagerness to improve.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve parts required for repair; review repair orders, work order, and Body Shop Manager’s estimate notes; follow warranty guidelines; notify supervisor of any repair add-ons.
• Adjust, replace, and repair all series of equipment (e.g., sheet metal repairs, fiberglass/ panel repairs, fabrication and structural welding, installation and alignment body components, electrical and mechanical repairs, etc.).
• Teardown and inspect for additional or hidden repairs.
