Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville, FL, seeks skilled Collision Technicians to work in a busy shop with major insurance direct repair programs. Earn $60,000 to $200,000 annually depending on experience.

Work with well-maintained equipment and professional estimators in a family-owned environment. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacations and holidays, lunch on Saturdays, and tools/equipment provided in part.

Formación

• Welding, suspension, and framework experience required or willing to learn/train.
• ICAR certification in damage analysis and estimating is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Complete disassembly of a vehicle to assist in repairs and 100% repair planning.
• Ability to identify parts and follow warranty guidelines with accurate notes.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and resolve parts required for repair and follow warranty guidelines.
• Road test vehicles to ensure quality repair.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of repair processes for various manufacturers.
• Perform repair work as outlined on estimates per dealership and factory standards.
• Lead apprentice technicians and ensure ICAR certifications where applicable.
• Notify service advisor of additional damage or supplements and if repairs will not be completed on time.
