Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship is acceptable.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repair or replace interior parts.
• Weld or fit parts and repaint to spec.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
