Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Domain Consultant 2 within the Data and Analytics unit to analyze client business processes and identify optimization opportunities. The role involves aligning processes with industry standards, documenting configurations, and drafting SOPs to ensure governance alignment across domains.

You will collaborate with technical teams, conduct benchmarking and product research, and support the implementation of data governance solutions, including Collibra, with a focus on data

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry-specific standards and best practices
• Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain-specific insights
• Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector
• Conduct in-depth research on third-party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation

Your contribution to the team:

Collibra Data Intelligence platform implementation, BCBS 239 data governance requirements, Critical Data Element governance, data lineage, data governance controls, workflow automation, Collibra Data Quality, functional requirements, use cases/user stories, stakeholder interviews, KPI/performance metrics reporting, Agile/JIRA.

Preferred Skill and Experience

Data catalog, data quality measurement framework, lineage validation and certification, governance dashboards, platform adoption/training, product SME capability, and ability to work with business unit data governance leads and technology teams.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
