This is a hybrid role with a requirement of one on‑site day per week.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain data standards for metadata, data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical), naming conventions, lineage and data quality metrics.
  • Oversee the development and adoption of enterprise metadata management, data catalogs and business glossaries to support transparency and reuse.

  • Experience with other governance tooling such as Alation, Microsoft Purview, Databricks Unity Catalog or similar platforms strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of federal data governance, security and compliance requirements.
  • Experience leading or supporting on‑premises to cloud data migrations with governance embedded by design.
