Job summary

The Disney College Program near Orlando, Florida offers college students and recent graduates a chance to work across front-line and backstage roles while gaining valuable professional experience at our world-renowned parks and resorts. Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years old.
• Active enrollment in an accredited college or university in the United States or territories.
• Graduated within the last 12 months.
• Currently working toward degree with at least one term completed before start date.
• Authorized to work in the United States for full program duration.

Responsibilities

• Participate in front-line or backstage roles to support guest experiences.
• Engage with guests and provide exceptional service.
• Attend Disney Programs learning sessions and build professional networks.
