No experience or license needed — licensed in about 2 weeks

Uncapped commission + a real leadership track (not an MLM — paid on sales, never recruiting)

Commission-only, 1099, uncapped. Last year: 100+ agents over $150K, 15+ over $500K, a few past $1M, top producer over $2M. All earned, none guaranteed — and average isn't invited.
