Responsibilities

• Learn prospecting and networking to build your business and client base.
• Develop and execute a personal business strategy.
• Call on potential clients and set meetings to understand financial goals.
• Prepare plans and provide financial recommendations.
• Gain exposure to planning software platforms.
• Attend weekly coaching, training, and development meetings.
• Pursue licensing with Life, Accident, Health and other products.
• Grow professional network through events and recognition programs.
