Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, public administration, business administration or related field
• Master’s degree may substitute for 1 year of experience
• Experience in student services or related field preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with diverse students

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, relational academic advising to undergraduate students.
• Support students from matriculation through graduation to promote success.
• Develop campaigns to increase retention and reduce equity gaps.
• Maintain student tracking data and report on outcomes.
