What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Review claims with outstanding balances and follow up with insurers and patients to ensure successful revenue collection.
• Analyze denials, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance collection rates and reduce bad debt.
• Communicate status updates regarding collections to franchise partners and other departments within the organization.
• Investigate and verify benefits for pharmacy and medical third-party claims while documenting all case activities accurately.
• Contribute billing expertise to improve training and processes for the revenue cycle management team.

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience required.
• High School Diploma and additional specialized training in pharmacy/medical billing and/or collections.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in home infusion therapy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain clear records of activities and documentation.
• Proven knowledge and skill in utilizing MS Office suite and pharmacy applications.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
