Kahana Feld seeks a Collections Specialist to manage an accounts receivable portfolio in a law-firm environment. You will collaborate with attorneys, clients, and Finance to accelerate collections while upholding firm policies and client relationships.
You will review aging reports, resolve billing disputes, document activities, and support month-end close. Hybrid work setup with a 8:30am–5:30pm schedule and competitive hourly pay.
The Collections Specialist is responsible for managing the firm’s accounts receivable portfolio by partnering with attorneys, clients, and Finance personnel to facilitate the timely collections of outstanding receivables. This position serves as a trusted advisor to attorneys on collection strategies while maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring compliance with firm policies.
