Job summary

The Kansas City office of Clyde & Co is seeking an energetic and experienced Collections Analyst to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor accounts receivable, work with attorneys on collection efforts, contact past due clients, document communications, and liaise between the firm and clients to support timely payments.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, AR experience (preferably in professional services), and an eye for detail.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Previous accounts receivable experience (preferably in a law firm or other professional services firms).
  • Previous legal eBilling experience is beneficial but not required.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with collections outside of home office as needed;
  • Assist Billing team as needed;
  • Other duties as assigned.
