Job summary

Snap Finance is seeking a motivated Collections Specialist to join our fast-paced team. You will contact customers with past-due accounts, negotiate payment plans, and help customers get back on track while upholding our policy standards.

You’ll document conversations in our system, stay professional under pressure, and collaborate with teammates to improve outcomes. The role offers consistent weekday hours with occasional Saturday, and opportunities to grow with Snap Finance.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of collections experience preferred (soft or hard collections).
• Advanced English (B2+) in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Schedule flexibility - Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM; one Saturday per month required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• High level of assertiveness, confidence, and professionalism.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fast learner with the ability to retain and apply new information effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
