Job summary

The JOY FM in Virginia is seeking a Location research Specialist / Skip Tracer to join our team. You will conduct in-depth research to locate missing contact information, current addresses, and places of employment for individuals with outstanding accounts.

Use OSINT, public records, and verification methods while adhering to protections regulations. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with monthly commissions and a 30-day pay review for potential hourly increases.

Qualifications

• Advanced internet navigation skills and comfortable operating complex search engines and databases.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and investigative curiosity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• High ethical standards and familiarity with data privacy standards and handling sensitive information.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Do you enjoy getting into "detective mode" online? We are seeking a detail-oriented, resourceful Location research Specialist / Skip Tracer to join our team. In this role, you will conduct in-depth research to locate missing contact information, current addresses, places of employment, and assets for individuals with outstanding accounts. You will leverage proprietary search databases, public records, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and verification methods to help revive accounts lacking contact information while adhering strictly to federal and state consumer protection regulations. The hours are Monday 10:30am-7:00pm, Tuesdays-Fridays 8:30am-5:00pm NO WEEKENDS! Starting pay is $16.00 an hour plus a commission check each month with an increase in hourly pay after 30-day review! Employer offers medical insurance, 401k, paid holidays, and vacation time.
