Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Intelligence Collection Manager in McLean, VA to support an IC customer with HUMINT collection management expertise. The role focuses on advising, producing collection postures, and assisting in communications for senior policymakers.

The successful candidate will have extensive HUMINT experience, familiarity with IC structures, and strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with leaders across the IC and USG. TS/SCI with Poly is typically required.

Qualifications

• BA degree (typically 12-15 years of relevant experience) or Masters with 10-13 years experience. Experience may be exchanged for degree.
• Extensive experience in HUMINT collection management and understanding of policies and processes.
• Familiarity with IC components, missions, and interrelationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate with senior leaders inside and outside USG.

Successful candidates will assist an Intelligence Community (IC) customer in McLean, Virginia with subject matter expertise in HUMINT collection management. This position requires extensive experience in HUMINT collection management and an in-depth understanding of policies and collection processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide HUMINT collection management advice and expert knowledge of collection management.
• Produce collection postures and support collection caucuses with products and recommendations to enhance collection and collection priorities.
• Assist in the production of collection emphasis messages and other collection products.
• Support decision makers on HUMINT collection management issues to include the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior IC members, policy makers, military decision makers, and members of Congress.
• Build and maintain working relationships with counterparts throughout the IC.

Basic Qualifications:

• TS/SCI with Poly.
• Typically requires a BA degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience. Experience may be exchanged for degree requirements.
• Extensive experience in HUMINT collection management (clandestine and/or overt) and an in-depth understanding of the policies and collection processes.
• Familiarity with the IC and its components, as well as its missions, disciplines, capabilities, and interrelationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with senior leaders from inside and outside the USG, and to coordinate, network, and communicate across the IC.

Pay Range:Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00
