Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Collation Lead to support line operations on our high-speed card production line. You will supervise daily line setup, verify card sequencing, and ensure count accuracy prior to FMC.

You will monitor operator performance, coordinate with Quality for spot checks, and log output and downtime to keep production aligned with schedules. The role requires 2–4 years in collation or packaging and strong organization and attention to detail.
