Job summary

ACT1 Federal is seeking a Collateral Damage Estimation Subject Matter Expert to support the DoD CDE Qualification Program at the Joint Targeting School. The role requires deep technical knowledge of collateral-damage methodology and the ability to support instruction, curriculum development, and accreditation.

You will coordinate with Joint Staff, services, and Combatant Commands, contribute to courseware, and help standardize instructor qualifications.

Qualifications

Expert knowledge of DoD collateral-damage methodology.
In-depth understanding of the Joint Targeting Cycle.
Ability to develop courseware, testing products, reports and briefings.
Familiarity with Instructional Systems Design.

Responsibilities

Provide expert instruction and technical guidance on DoD Collateral Damage Estimation methodology.
Support development, maintenance, standardization, and distribution of CDE courseware and testing materials.
Assist with qualification of CDE instructors and standardization instructors.
Maintain or support CDE qualification and instructor registries.
Coordinate with Joint Staff targeting personnel and Combatant Commands.
Participate in audits and accreditation reviews of CDE programs.
Develop reports, position papers, and recommendations.
Participate in targeting conferences and curriculum reviews.
