• Serve as a case manager: develop/maintain IEPs; facilitate IEP meetings; share rights and safeguards information; provide progress reports to parents.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal rules; protect data privacy.
• Provide direct instruction to students with IEP goals and support paraprofessionals.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to plan/implement curriculum and assessments.
• Monitor student progress and communicate with parents about progress.
