Torrey Holistics in Spring Lake, MI is hiring for a production associate to work with a collaborative robot on a fast-paced assembly line. You’ll learn to run the cobot safely, load parts, monitor cycles, and keep the workstation clean and organized to meet production goals.
No robotics or coding experience is required—training is provided. Candidates should be reliable, comfortable with hands-on tasks, able to follow safety procedures, and able to use a touchscreen for basic operations.
Step into a day working side‑by‑side with a cobotImagine clocking in, greeting your collaborative robot partner, and loading the first set of parts. A few taps on a touchscreen launches the cycle. While the cell runs, you keep an eye on indicators, swap in fresh materials, verify assemblies, and flag anything unusual to a teammate. You finish the shift with a clean, organized workstation and the satisfaction of meeting production goals. If you’ve built, fixed, or assembled things before—or if game controllers and on‑screen menus feel natural—you’ll feel right at home here.
We’ll teach you everything you need to know about running the cobot safely and efficiently. No robotics, coding, or programming experience is required.
$17.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
