Qualifications

• Medical license in Illinois is required.
• Board certification or eligibility in the applicable specialty.
• Completion of a US residency program is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides and manages direct patient care, including examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments.
• Prescribes medications and treatment regimens as appropriate.
• Refers patients to specialists and other care components as needed.
• Coordinates patient care activities with nursing and support staff.
