Atria Heart in the Phoenix-Scottsdale area is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to join our growing cardiology team. You will evaluate and manage patients with cardiovascular disease in the clinic and procedural setting, perform interventional procedures within your training and privileges, and coordinate care with referring physicians and hospital teams.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of cardiovascular disease fellowship and interventional cardiology fellowship.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology.
• Arizona medical license or eligible to obtain.
• Eligible for hospital privileges and credentialing.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment and teamwork.
• Arizona fingerprint clearance, or eligibility to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with cardiovascular disease in clinic and procedural settings.
• Perform interventional cardiology procedures within training and privileges.
• Coordinate care with referring physicians and hospital teams.
• Explain treatment options and support informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality initiatives.
• Contribute to a respectful, team-centered environment.

Education

MD/DO degree

Fellowship in cardiovascular disease

Fellowship in interventional cardiology

Board-certification or board-eligibility in CV disease

Board-certification or board-eligibility in interventional cardiology

Arizona medical license or eligibility

Strong communication, judgment & teamwork

Arizona fingerprint clearance or eligibility
