Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Pharmacist License (or eligibility to reciprocate).
• Experience in hospital setting preferred, especially in acute care or ICU.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and safety.
• Provide clinical consultation and therapeutic drug monitoring.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with care teams.
• Monitor for adverse drug reactions and medication interactions.
• Precept pharmacy students and residents.
