Job summary

Western Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a talented Dentist to provide high-quality care in a collaborative general dentistry practice in California. You will join a team that emphasizes prevention, restorative, endodontic, and surgical procedures, with Board Specialists available for referrals within the same network.

You will work alongside experienced staff and patients in a supportive environment that values evidence-based dentistry and patient-focused treatment.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be a licensed dentist with current CPR/BLS
• DEA registration and NPI number are required or in process
• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school is required

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and evaluations to diagnose dental problems
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
• Perform a wide range of procedures, including fillings, cleanings, extractions, and root canals
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
• Provide prescriptions for patients as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including X-rays and treatment histories
• Refer patients to specialists for complex treatments
• Ensure all work is compliant with safety, OSHA, and infection control standards
