    • Support project planning, scope development, scheduling, and cost management across all phases of project delivery.
    • Assist with identifying and managing project risks, opportunities, and constraints in fast‑paced, team‑oriented delivery environments.

    • Support proposal development and interviews for collaborative delivery pursuits, including Design‑Build projects.
  • Technical & Team Leadership
    • Coordinate with technical leads and discipline engineers to ensure design intent, constructability, and project objectives are aligned.
    • Support the development and review of technical deliverables, including reports, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
    • Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and contribute to a positive, solutions‑oriented project culture.
Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or managing water and wastewater infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with collaborative delivery, alternative delivery, or Design‑Build project environments
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
