Job summary

MEDLOG Cold Storage (C&K Holdings) is seeking a Cold Storage Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily high-volume, temperature-controlled operations on the 3rd shift. You will drive food safety, inventory integrity, and team performance in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, FSIS, and OSHA; strong leadership and communication skills; and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Weekend rotations may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a cold storage supervisory or lead role.
• High school diploma or GED; food safety or logistics certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, FSIS and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively; weekend rotations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food safety and regulatory compliance with BRCGS, HACCP, FSIS, and OSHA standards.
• Manage inventory health, FIFO/FEFO, and traceability; monitor KPIs like accuracy and throughput.
• Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff; promote safety and reduce overtime.
• Open/close facility, ensure security, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with logistics, QA, and customer service teams.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cold Storage Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a high-volume, temperature-controlled facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety standards, regulatory compliance, inventory management, and team leadership. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

This role will work on the 3rd shift

Key Responsibilities

Food Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to BRCGS Food Safety standards and Food Defense protocols.
• Maintain compliance with FSIS import/export requirements and HACCP processes.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure regulatory and internal standards are met.

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee blast cell management, product handling, and storage procedures.
• Monitor and maintain inventory health, including FIFO/FEFO practices and traceability.
• Track and report on warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, throughput, and shrink.

Team & Labor Management

• Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Promote a culture of safety and accountability in line with OSHA standards.
• Manage labor resources to meet operational demands and reduce overtime.

Facility Oversight

• Open and close the facility as needed, ensuring security and operational readiness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Administrative & Communication

• Prepare reports, maintain records, and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate with logistics, quality assurance, and customer service departments.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a cold storage supervisory or lead role. High school diploma or equivalent (GED); additional certifications in food safety or logistics a plus. Strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, FSIS, and OSHA regulations. Proven ability to manage high-volume operations with attention to detail and time management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multi-task, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities. Willingness to work weekend rotations and flexible hours as needed.
