Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a sanitation worker to join a safety-conscious team in a cold-storage warehouse in Tracy, CA. The role emphasizes maintaining a clean facility and following Penske safety standards while supporting productivity goals.

The position offers a 5:00am to 1:30pm schedule, a wage of $19.57 per hour, and benefits such as PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K and a boot allowance after 90 days. Previous warehouse experience is not required.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading and ability to follow directions required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, sanitary warehouse and office areas to quality and safety standards.
• Operate cleaning equipment and handle chemicals as directed.
• Pull pallets, clean bays, and address spills per food-safety rules.
• Record sanitation logs and cooperate with supervision on safety.
