Job summary

FreshPoint, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate responsible for loading, unloading, receiving, put-away, replenishments, and product selection in freezer, cooler, and dry environments. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, use RF scanners, and enter data in the warehouse management system.

Must follow PWMs, verify temperatures, document OS&D, maintain clean work areas, and comply with safety rules. This is a full-time, on-site role in Florida with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Certification on material handling equipment required.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in extreme cold.
• Able to work in a team in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Excellent communication and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect pallets against requirements.
• Enter LPN, catch-weight, dates into WMS using RF.
• Verify counts and weights against records.
• Record shortages, damages, and OS&D.
• Monitor temperatures in cooler/freezer per PWMs.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and warehouse locations.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
