Imperial Brady is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a cold-storage environment. You will handle receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and inventory tasks while maintaining safety, quality, and customer service.

The role requires operating pallet jacks or forklifts and collaborating with team members in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate has warehouse or inventory experience or is entry-level, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime as

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred; however, entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work in a cold-storage/freezer environment for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior cherry picker and stand up forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks, pickers, or reach trucks.
• Basic computer skills to operate warehouse management systems and data entry tasks.
• Basic math skills to manage inventory counts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and work overtime as needed.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 50lbs, push/pull 100lbs; walk, climb, kneel, stoop, balance.

Responsabilités

• Accurately pull and process customer orders for delivery and shipping, including labeling and documentation.
• Receive, stock, and rotate products; participate in audits and cycle counts.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate warehouse equipment as required and after proper training, such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Assist with warehouse facility and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and warehouse.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, attend department meetings.
• Abide by safety and compliance protocols, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Take ownership of customer needs with speed and urgency.
