Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Texas is seeking dependable warehouse associates for first, second, and third shifts. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, read work orders, locate items, and prepare shipments in freezer and cold storage environments.

Candidates must lift at least 40 lbs, follow safety standards, and adapt to varying temperatures. RF scanning is used to verify counts and inventory integrity. Lineage offers growth opportunities and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret computer work orders to determine quantities and types of products to be shipped.
• Identify products by reading, interpreting, and scanning pallet identification numbers.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in a freezer/dry storage environment.
• Lift a minimum of 40 lbs and work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow computerized work orders to determine quantities and types of products to be shipped
• Determine the location of requested items in the warehouse
• Change over pallets for picking, visually inspect items for damages or flaws
• Document and report damages to supervisors or leads
• Pack, seal, and label materials/pallets for shipping using RF scanning equipment to document and verify counts of picked items
• Alert appropriate leader of any issues with the product or materials and await directions to rectify the problem
• Help clean and organize the warehouse at the end of the shift
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment
