Job summary

Penske Logistics is looking for a sanitation worker to maintain a clean and sanitary warehouse and office in Tracy, CA, aligning with the company’s quality and safety standards and supporting productivity.

This safety-sensitive role offers a wage of $19.57/hour plus a $1/hour shift differential, with a 3pm–3:30am schedule Thu–Sat and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401K, boot allowance after 90 days, and an associate referral program.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, and vacuuming surfaces
• Empties trash bins and cleans trash area daily; operates trash compactor when applicable
• Pulls pallets and clean/scrubs product bays on a rotating basis
• Clean up spills or breakages to protect inventory and follow food safety standards and requirements
