Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Charleston, SC is seeking a stand-up reach forklift operator to move products, equipment, and materials in a regulated, safety‑driven environment. You will load, unload, and store palletized units, record weights and counts using RF systems, and prepare items for outbound shipments.

You must be comfortable working in cold storage or dry areas, lift up to 40 lbs, and adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Must understand instructions in the official language.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
• Choose and record materials, weight, counts, and condition of food items via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting device.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the proper charging station.
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.
