Job summary

Penmac Staffing Services, Inc. in Miami, OK seeks a Cold Storage Packer to join our production team in a refrigerated environment. The role starts at 9:00am and runs until finish, with a 4 days on / 3 days off schedule and one weekend day each week.

You will package, stack, and prepare products for storage or shipment, while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced setting. This position requires physical stamina and reliability to work in cold temperatures throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a cold environment.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift and move boxes and products throughout the workday.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Able to work a 4-day schedule that includes one weekend day.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Previous production, packing, warehouse, or cold storage experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Package products according to company quality and production standards.
• Stack and organize boxes and finished products.
• Prepare packaged products for storage or shipment.
• Move products and materials throughout the work area as needed.
• Inspect products and packaging for quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Work efficiently as part of a production team.
• Perform additional production and packaging duties as assigned.
