The facility handles floral, meat, and produce with temperatures from -10 to 55 degrees. Expect a comprehensive wage range and several bonuses tied to training milestones and performance. Base pay ranges from $20.00 to $33.66 per hour, plus incentives including $200 8-week training completion, $1000 milestone, and $500 at 6 and 12 months.

Qualifications

• Team-player with positive attitude and reliability.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Able to work well with others, self-motivated, with minimal supervision.
• Experience with voice-based order systems is preferred.
• Experience operating electric/pallet jack equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use voice-based order system to select and palletize store orders.
• Manual stacking, wrapping, and preparing products for shipment.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health codes.
• Operate electric pallet jacks (ride-on) safely.
• Attend required trainings and adapt to rotating shifts.
