Job summary

The Freezer Picker at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC operates a double reach forklift and/or electric pallet jack to move materials throughout the warehouse, primarily in freezer and cold storage environments. This role uses RF scan guns to track inventory and ensure accurate stock control.

Candidates must have at least 6 months forklift experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk 8+ hours, and work in temperatures from -10°F to 40°F.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months forklift experience required.
• RF scan guns experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 40°F.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 8+ hours per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (30 lbs consistently).
• Overtime availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a double reach forklift and/or electric pallet jack to move materials throughout the warehouse.
