Job summary

OPC Arbre Farms is seeking a Freezer Forklift Operator Level 1 for 1st shift to perform freezer warehouse duties, move and store products, and ship efficiently. The role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and is full-time with benefits eligibility after 60 days and vacation after 90 days.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inventory checks, pallet verification, and maintaining cold-chain conditions. Requires forklift experience, scanner use, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge and experience in forklift operations.
• Above average skills in warehouse knowledge; attendance.
• Excellent skills in communication; attention to details; time management and teamwork.
• Operate a scanner, computer, hand tools and forklift; read, write, speak English.

Responsibilities

• Serve the needs of customers and stakeholders.
• Adhere to Food Safety and GMP Policies.
• Verify pallets, packaging and report damage.
• Ensure and verify load count at pulling.
• Maintain cleanliness in put away and prep load aisles.
• Daily equipment inspections and physical inventories.
• Shipping and Receiving duties.
